When is the last date to order?
As you will appreciate, our KellyBronze are in high demand and it has not been unknown for us to completely sell out, so it is always best to place your order as soon as you can.
However, subject to availability, the last date for placing an order for home delivery is 18th December.
Please contact the office on 07740 486891, if you’re looking to order after these dates and we will try to help you, if we can.
If you are looking to order for collection from one of our stockists, you will need to contact them directly for this information.
Collecting your KellyBronze
To pickup your Turkey from Magbiehill Farm, Dunlop Road, Stewarton, KA3 3ES please try and bring your order reference number with you and pay any balance on collection.
Order fulfillment
As your KellyBronze is a natural product and the environment that they grow in is not artificially controlled, the growth of the birds can vary to what is expected, due to various factors.
Whilst it is extremely unlikely that you would receive a smaller bird thank you ordered, (this would be communicated in advance but we would endeavor to make up the weight with extra breast meat).
However, it is a possibility that the bird will be slightly bigger. If this does happen, we will give you that extra weight as a gift from us. You may have to vary the cooking time accordingly. Please check the weight label on the KellyBronze box.
KellyBronze Stockists
When you have selected the items you wish to order, you will be presented with the option to receive ‘Home Delivery’ or ‘Collect from Magbiehill Farm’. If you wish to order from one of our stockists you will need to contact them directly.
Email Notifications
If you place an order for Home Delivery or for Collection from Magbiehill Farm, Dunlop Road, Stewarton, KA3 3ES an email will be sent to the email address provided.
Is it OK to deliver next door?
If your order is being delivered to a home address you may add additional information. During the checkout simply add a message e.g. ‘Leave in garage’ in the ‘Comments/courier notes’.
Order for friends & family
You can shop for friends and family and we can deliver within the UK. For Europe and International enquiries please contact Philip@kellyturkeys.com
Missed Deliveries
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. If, for some reason, delivery is not possible, goods will be returned to the (cold) depot and delivery attempted again the next day.
Changes to your order
If you wish to change your order in any way, please contact the office on 07740 486891 or email philip@kellyturkeys.com. However, once your delivery label has been prepared for dispatch on 14th December, we are unable to make any changes.
Tracking your order
For carrier deliveries, order status tracking is available. If you have provided us with an email, your tracking details will be sent to that email address. For any delivery queries, please call 01245 223581 or email Philip@kellyturkeys.com.
